Net profit (Loss) in Current Period 4,592,486, It was in the similar period for previous year 1,410,979, Percentage of change 225.482 %. As for the total Shareholders Equity (after Deducting Minority Equity) in Current Period 75,241,137, It was in the similar period for previous year 53,419,531, Percentage of change 40.849 %. For profit (Loss) per Share in Current Period 1.53, It was in the similar period for previous year 0.47. The company also clarified some important points: The reason of the increase (decrease) in the sales/ revenues during the current period compared to the same period of the last year is due to the company's achievement a growth in net revenues of 2.40% during the first half of 2024 compared to the same period in 2023 because of: 1- Continuing to achieve the company’s strategic operational goals and continuing to achieve the highest levels of quality and customer satisfaction. 2- Improving the operational efficiency of the programs and services provided by the company to meet customer requests, which led to maintaining the level of revenue growth. The reason of the increase (decrease) in the net profit during the current period compared to the same period of the last year is due to the company's achievement an increase in net profits for the first half of 2024 by 225.48% compared to the same period in 2023 because of: 1- Revenue growth by 2.40% during the first half of 2024 compared to the same period in 2023. 2- A decrease in expected credit losses during the first half of 2024 by 80% compared to the same period in 2023. With a note: A decrease in total gross profit by 14% during the first half of 2024 compared to the same period in 2023 because of the company attracting a number of operational functional cadres to support the company’s products and services and expanding the customer base within the targeted geographical areas within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia by the end of 2024.
